  • Kathy L. Tully, Foundation Board Chair

    Ms. Tully first served on the Foundation Board from 1996 through 2004. She served as chair from 2001 to 2004 before going off the Board for one year because of term limits. Ms. Tully was re-elected to the Board in January, 2006. She is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor for Morgan Stanley and currently serves as a Board member for the Cal Poly Pomona Foundation. She has also been active member of the Pomona Valley Estate Planning Council for over 15 years. She served two terms as President of the Upland Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Tully is a graduate of Cal-Poly with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and an MBA. Ms. Tully is a member of the Frances Mary Paul Circle.

    Susan Leonis-Jensen, Foundation Board Vice Chair


    Mrs. Leonis-Jensen has a long history of service to the community. A project analyst at Litton Industries for 10 years, Mrs. Jensen has also been an advisor for more than five years to the Leonis Family Foundation, researching viable recipients for scholarships and endowments. She also served on the Board of Directors of National Charity League, Foothill Chapter and National Charity League, Inc. for a total of nine years. As a PTA president, Mrs. Jensen coordinated fundraising events generating an average of $100,000 annually. She continues her community involvement through Meals on Wheels, the Salvation Army, and the Foothill Family Shelter. She and her husband, Kirk, are members of the Frances Mary Paul Circle.

    Barbara Biane, Director

    Barbara Biane

    Barbara Biane was born at SACH and has lived in the local region all her life.  She and her husband Renè raised their family in Upland. The family has been well-known as leaders in the local business and service club communities. Mrs. Biane has been very active in local volunteer organizations and has served as an Executive Committee member of the Price Foundation and the Ontario Community Foundation. 


    Allan Bock, MD, Director

    Dr. Bock is a member of the Mountain View Emergency Physicians Medical Group and an Emergency Department physician at San Antonio Community Hospital.

    Dr. Bock is a strong advocate for the new Emergency Department and Bed Tower. He has spoken eloquently to the Foundation Board about the importance of this new facility for excellent patient care and privacy. He is always willing to give extra effort to assist with fundraising for this important project. Being a member of the Board will formalize his role as spokesman for the ER portion of the project. 

    Linda D. Bosserman, M.D., F.A.C.S. Director

    Linda D. Bosserman, M.D., F.A.C.S., is on staff at 11 southern California hospitals and has been associated with over 25 special cancer committees and advisory boards during her career. Following a stellar educational career at both UC Berkeley and Stanford, she served both her internship and residencies at Stanford University Hospital. After serving patients for three years in Boston, Massachusetts at Harvard Medical School, Brigham & Women's Hospital, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Dr. Bosserman returned to California to specialize in medical oncology at San Antonio Community Hospital and other hospitals in the surrounding area.

    Nancy DeDiemar, Director

    Ms. DeDiemar is the former owner of Printing Resources of Southern California, a printing company founded as Helen’s Place Printing in 1970.  A graduate of Chaffey High School and UCLA, Nancy’s community service activities include serving as chair of the San Antonio Society of SACH, treasurer for OPARC, president of the CCAA Museum of Art, and a board member for the Chaffey High School Alumni Association and the James L. White Foundation. Professionally Nancy is a columnist for a printing industry trade magazine and is an industry-recognized expert in mailing services for print shops. She and her husband Patrick Jones are co-publishers of Printips, a monthly newsletter service for printers. Nancy and Patrick were inducted into the Frances Mary Paul Circle in 2011.

    Thomas T. Easter, MD, Director

    Thomas Easter

    A California native, Dr. Thomas Easter earned a B.S. in zoology at the University of California–Davis before receiving his medical training at the University Autonoma of Guadalajara and the University of Maryland. He went on to complete a four year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, where he was the recipient of the Thomas V. Zachary Award for Resident of the Year. 

    Dr. Easter served as president of the San Antonio Community Hospital Medical Staff and is a former Trustee of the hospital.  

    Board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Easter is a member of the Los Angeles County Medical Association, California Medical Associations, the American Urogynecologic Society, the Society of Vaginal & Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery and the Los Angeles Obstetrics and Gynecology Society. He is married with three children. 


    Wes Fifield, Director

    Mr. Fifield is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego where he majored in science. He is President of Panorama Development Company. The company builds shopping centers by finding an anchor store and developing the shopping center around it. Mr. Fifield is a member of the Upland School Board and on the Executive Committee of Upland YMCA. His wife Stacey is a licensed vocational nurse. They have two children.

    Sonny Ford, Director

    Sonny Ford, Director, President of Volunteer Services, is an ex-officio member of the Board.After retiring from the California Youth Authority and losing his wife, Monica, to cancer in 2005, his family encouraged him to become a volunteer at San Antonio Community Hospital. He has since served in Maternity, Emergency Department, PACU (Recovery), and is currently assigned to the Main Lobby.He also is an Ambassador for the Generations Ahead Senior Club.Sonny says that being a Volunteer has been the most rewarding experience in his life and that the people here are one happy family who enjoy sharing a smile and making you feel welcome.

    Linda Gladson, Director

    Ms. Gladson graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a BA in Social Ecology.  She then graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University Of San Diego School Of Law.  Ms. Gladson is a current Board member of the Ontario Community Foundation, a member of the Baldy View ROP Foundation Board of Directors, a member of the House of Ruth Board of Directors, and a member of the Gift and Estate Planning Advisory Council for Cal State San Bernardino.   She is also a past Board member of the VNA & Hospice of Southern California and a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Upland Unified School District.  Ms. Gladson currently practices law with Varner & Brandt LLP, in Ontario.  She serves on the Foundation Board’s Events Committee.  Ms. Gladson is married and has 2 daughters and 2 step-daughters. 


    Wah-Chung Hsu, CFO - San Antonio Community Hospital

    Wah-Chung Hsu

    Mr. Hsu joined the Foundation Board as the hospital’s new CFO in October, 2012.  Mr. Hsu has extensive experience in hospital finance, having been a CFO at both stand-alone hospitals and healthcare systems.  His most recent position was CFO at the 357-bed Seton Medical Center in northern California.  Mr. Hsu is married with three children and is looking forward to his career at San Antonio Community Hospital.

    Harris F. Koenig, President & CEO - San Antonio Community Hospital

    Harris F. Koenig is an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors. He joined San Antonio Community Hospital as President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2011. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer at Alvarado Hospital in San Diego and has 35 years of comprehensive healthcare experience.

    John Lerias, Director

    John Lerias

    John Lerias, CPA, is Managing Partner of GYL Decauwer LLP, a tax consulting and accounting practice in Rancho Cucamonga.  A CPA since 1981, Mr. Lerias works closely with businesses specializing in manufacturing, construction, homebuilders and not-for-profits.  His client focus includes business succession, conflict resolution, profit enhancement, and business financing and executive compensation.  John and his wife, Carolyn, both enjoy gourmet cooking, nature, and preservation of the planet.   


    Theresa Lock, Director

    Theresa Lock

    Ms. Lock has been a resident of the Inland Empire for over 45 years.  She and her husband David, a Pharmacist at SACH for over 35 years, have been generous supporters and donors to the Foundation.  They are members of the Frances Mary Paul Circle, a group which honors those who have donated $10,000 or more to the hospital in their lifetime.  Theresa and David have regularly attended special events, provided regular annual gifts and through Theresa’s travel agency, Air Sea Travel, have given major travel gifts for key auction items at the annual SACH Classic Benefit Golf Tournament.  Ms. Lock is a very active and longtime member in the vibrant Upland Foothill Kiwanis Club. 


    Bill McKernan, Director

    Bill McKernan has been an Upland resident for more than 45 years and is sole owner of Upland Contracting, a rebar fitter that does major construction projects. He and his wife, Carol, live in Upland. Mr. McKernan is a generous man who enjoys supporting the hospital. Mr. McKernan also likes to golf and fish.

    Kelley McMenomy, Director

    Kelly McMenomy

    Ms. McMenomy has been a local resident for over 25 years.  She is a certified public accountant and a partner in the firm of McMenomy & Richmond CPAs, LLP in Upland. After earning her degree at Arizona State University, she worked closely with the late Walt Reardon, a long-time friend and leader with San Antonio Hospital Foundation as well as with the hospital.  Ms. McMenomy raised her family in Upland and devotes much of her time to her growing public accounting practice. She is a member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.   She is a board member and Vice President for the Upland Community Foundation and has been active in other local charities and non-profit institutions.   


    Kenneth L. Neff, Director

    Mr. Neff founded K.L. Neff Construction in 1974, turning it into a multi-million dollar company. When he retired in 2000, he turned the company over to his sons. Mr. Neff is a past board member of Red Hill Country Club and co-founder of We Really Care (WRC). While living in the high desert, Mr. Neff, and his wife Martha, became aware of an urgent need to provide financial assistance to underprivileged high school students, and WRC was born. Mr. Neff and his family have been local residents for more than 50 years, while maintaining a cattle farm in their home state of Missouri. He and his wife are members of the Frances Mary Paul Circle.

    Al Ronco, Director

    Al Ronco

    Mr. Ronco is a retired executive at Keystone Automotive Industries with over 40 years of service, brings considerable expertise to the Foundation Board.  In addition to serving on the Board at Keystone, Mr. Ronco has also served on the Board at Whittemore Enterprises and has been an active member of SEMA (Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association) and the A.B.P.A. (Auto Body Parts Association).  He served on the Foundation Board of Directors from 2000 to 2003, when he was selected to become a Trustee of San Antonio Community Hospital.   Mr. Ronco served as a Trustee for nine years and was welcomed back to the Foundation Board in January, 2013.  Al grew up in Newark, New Jersey and went on to the University of South Carolina where he earned a degree in Business.  Al and his wife Barbara are members of the Frances Mary Paul Circle and the Aita Society and live in Rancho Cucamonga. 


    Robert Sorosky, MD, Director

    Robert Sorosky

    Dr. Sorosky received his medical degree from the University of Miami Medical School, with internship at Los Angeles County General Hospital and residency at UCLA. He held the position of Chief Resident in Head and Neck Surgery in 1969. As a major in the US Army Medical Corps, he performed many reconstructive procedures in Germany from 1969-1972. Dr. Sorosky is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Diplomat of The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery in Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He is certified by the two major Boards in this field: The American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 1992; and The American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, 1970.  He was founder of the first accredited freestanding outpatient surgical center in San Bernardino.  He was active in the Surgery Department and Emergency Room for over 20 years.   He is also a Board member of Diversified Pacific Opportunity Fund and Golden State Business Bank.  Dr. Sorosky and his wife Karen have supported San Antonio Community Hospital for many years and are members of the Frances Mary Paul Circle. 



    Michael S. Tracey, Foundation President

    Mr. Tracey has a distinguished background in philanthropy leadership, having served as Vice President of Development at The Community Foundation of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.  He played key development roles at California State University-San Bernardino and Cal Poly- Pomona.  Mr. Tracey also served at Western University of Health Sciences.  He holds a Masters Degree and is a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving.  Mr. Tracey and his wife Val are long-time Upland residents
