The San Antonio Society was created in 1979 at the request of friends of San Antonio Community Hospital who wanted to do more than make a sporadic donation in support of the hospital.
Society members have been the hospital's major source of annual support since 1979. Their gifts have brought in more than $2.5 million in equipment, education, and services to the hospital and to the community.

San Antonio Hospital Foundation is recognized as a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This allows your gifts to the San Antonio Hospital Foundation to be tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
