  • How do I apply for positions at San Antonio Community Hospital?

Please go to the ‘Careers’ tab located in the center of the green bar on SACH web page to search for available job openings.

You may use any Internet accessible computer or visit SACH’s Human Resources Department to use computer kiosks that provide access to our online application. Human Resources is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Human Resources is located at: 1060 San Bernardino Rd. Upland, CA. 91786 (909) 920-4721

What steps are involved in completing an online application?

Visit our Current Job Opportunities page. Once you see a job you are interested in, click on that job, read the information to verify you meet the minimum requirements for the job, and then click Apply for this Job. This link will guide you through the online application.

Please note: an e-mail address is required to complete your application.

Please complete the online application in its entirety. A partial or incomplete application may disqualify you from the hiring process. Once your application is complete, please click on ‘submit.’

We advise that you write down your username and password as you will use this to apply for future openings. Your profile or application will remain active in our system for you to access if you want to apply for another job in the future.

What information do I need to complete an application and how long will it take to apply.

You will need your personal contact information, educational background information and employment history. It can take approximately 25-30 minutes to complete an online application, but after you have done it once, you won’t have to re-do it unless your information has changed. In this case, you will only need to update those specific areas.

How can I verify that my application has been received?

You will receive an e-mail confirming our receipt of your online application.

Do I need to submit a separate profile/application for each position I’m interested in?

No, you do not. Duplicating your application will not increase the chances of obtaining a job.

Once you have created a profile, you may apply for one or multiple positions by logging into your profile, finding the job listing, and clicking on “Apply to This Job” and then “Submit”.

How often should I update my information?

We recommend that you update your profile whenever your information changes (i.e. new address, phone number, or you choose to apply to another job.) You may continue to apply to new positions without creating a new application each time. Simply enter your username and password to access your profile.

What if I forget my username or password?

The first time you create a profile, your username and password will be e-mailed to you. It is recommended that you keep this e-mail for future reference. If your account has a valid e-mail address, you can enter your username, and your password will be e-mailed to you. If you forget your username and do not have a valid e-mail address, we will be unable to provide your password, and you will be required to create a new profile.

How often are career opportunities updated?

All employment opportunities are updated on a weekly basis.

How long does the process take? When will I be contacted?

Once you have applied to a specific position, your application will be viewed in a timely manner. If you have been selected for further consideration, you will typically be contacted either by telephone or e-mail. The average time frame varies between 1-3 weeks.

SACH receives a large volume of qualified candidates for many of our openings. Unfortunately, we cannot personally contact each applicant for a specific job opening and ask that you not contact Human Resources for the status of your application.

Your information will remain in our data base and we will make every effort to match your background and professional skills to future openings. However, if you identify an opening at a later time, please apply for that position by accessing your profile thorough our career site.

What does your pre-employment screening process entail?

After a contingent offer of employment is extended and accepted, a background investigation will be conducted and references will be checked. Once we receive the results of the background check, a pre-employment health screening is done. Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of the background, references and pre-employment health screening.
